Applications are being sought for 3 x Customer Service Officers in the Terminal Services Department, Melbourne.
Stewards provide a safe friendly environment for our passengers, while delivering a high level of customer service. Stewards are multi-skilled across all areas of retail and hospitality in various bars and restaurants on board.
Cooks work with the Retail & Hospitality team to ensure the safe, efficient and effective preparation and delivery of quality food.
Trainee Integrated Rating
A Trainee Integrated Rating is completing a program to become a Qualified Integrated Rating. A Qualified Integrated Rating is a seaman involved in a broad range of tasks including cargo operations, assisting with engine room maintenance, completing navigational watches and mooring and anchoring operations.

A Qualified Integrated Rating is a seaman involved in a broad range of tasks including cargo operations, assisting with engine room maintenance, completing navigational watches and mooring and anchoring operations.
Customer Services Officer
Customer Service Officers are employed in Devonport and Melbourne to deliver high quality customer service, prepare and assist in the coordination of voyage material relating to all areas of the department and ensure on-time departures.
